La Table du Pavillon

La Table du Pavillon offers traditional regional delicacies all year round. All our dishes are made using only locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, which are then prepared by our Chef Peter using time-honoured slow-cooking methods for a perfect result.

After 10 years of working in various restaurants in London, Peter was attracted by the local way of life and decided to settle in the Lauragais region. As a lover of French cuisine he is an adept of slow-cooking and simmering techniques and proposes a refined and authentic menu.

We hope that the experience of sampling these traditional dishes, either by a crackling fire in winter or on a beautiful outside terrace under the ancient trees in summer, will delight the senses and offer a revitalizing break. Located in a 7 hectares park, the restaurant is an ideal spot for finding peace and relaxation.

The ancient, stone-built vaulted cave can be rented for private events, and will provide a characterful setting to your occasion.
