Michel Truchon has learned to cook in the hostel of his mother, and his taste is, he left Sauveterre to run the country and look and compare experiences. And only in 1986 he moved to the year in the village and opened a hotel restaurant, previously only seasonal.
Curious about the world and others, demanding, perfectionist, he chose the lonely path of personal training, a taste-changing, every day is forged, self-doubt. And the result is a kitchen felt, original, which goes to the main and refuses artifice.
